Who We Are?
Sydney City Cleaners is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oz City Cleaners who has a network of cleaners providing cleaning services across Australia. We were established in 2010 to address the growing need in Sydney for cleaners who have a high attention to detail and the ability to follow client’s cleaning instructions. From this we have now expanded our network of cleaners across states.

All of our cleaning network undergoes a rigorous selection process, which tests their cleaning aptitude, ability and acumen to learn. We pride ourselves on selecting the top 5% of cleaners in Sydney to ensure our clients get the best possible result.
What Work Can I Expect To Be Done?
We provide all of our clients a detailed cleaning checklist, which highlights areas that can be included with our cleans. We have a flexible package that enables our clients to select their own cleaning requirements and timeframe. We also offer the option for full detailing.
Re-clean Guarantee – what is this?
We offer our end of lease cleaning clients a re-clean guarantee when booking a clean through Sydney City Cleaners. This gives our cleaning clients peace of mind when booking knowing they are eligible for us to re-attend the property a second time and re-clean any areas we have quoted on doing.*
* limitations apply – cannot guarantee the removal of carpet stains, mould or marks on walls. We only offer on end of lease cleaning quotes and we must be informed within 3 days of clean if re-clean is required. Note we only offer free re-cleans and not refunds.
How do I pay for Sydney City Cleaners work?
We accept credit card payments (excluding AMEX), internet bank transfers prior to cleaning date or cash on the day of your clean.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
This is not an issue. Please contact the office within 3 days of the scheduled clean on 02 9009 5190 to rearrange date and time. Please note outside of this period could cause cancellation charges.
How do your promotions and discounts work?
At Sydney City Cleaners we regularly offer new and existing clients a range of offers and discounts that can be applied to our cleaning services. Please note that any offers advertised cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts and must be mentioned at the time of booking to be deemed valid.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
This varies greatly on the size, condition and features of your property. On the scheduled cleaning date our cleaners will inspect your property and provide you with an estimate of hours to complete the full clean to a realtors standard. You have the option to accept this or allocate a timeframe that fits within your budget. Please note our network of cleaners are very efficient and try to get the clean done as quickly as possible.
What happens if my real estate agent complains about the cleaning?
At Sydney City Cleaners we pride ourselves on having minimal re-cleans. If there is an instance where your realtor is not happy then our Sydney Cleaning team will go back and clean within reason the items required at no extra cost, providing that the invoice has been paid in full on time and the hours recommended by the cleaner in the first clean covered these areas.
All we require is an email with the list of cleaning items required to be cleaned from you or from your real estate agent. All complaints must be made within 48 hours of cleaning being completed, so you must check the property within 48 hours after is has been cleaned.
We will endeavor to have re-cleans scheduled straight away however please allow up to 3 working days for a re-clean to be scheduled due to availability.
